Horrible Post Office. I have been ordering chicks and ducklings for the past couple years, at first everything went pretty well, I picked up the chicks at the post office when they came in-- I would call or be notified through phone. Lately, the post office had stopped calling me to tell me when the chicks come in, I've had 3 orders of chicks 55 + 30 + 25 that were all dying or dead because of the post office failing to call me. This last order the chicks were dropped off and left on my front porch while I was at work. The order prior, ducklings were set inside my house, and without a call! I spoke to the post master about it and they said they have always dropped packages off at my house which is clearly a lie! Since they just started to do it. They also claimed this last order of 31 chicks was already dead upon arrival. No call about it, just dropped off on the porch. It's hard to believe at this time of year I had a box of 100% dead chicks (I order in the winter time sometimes, with success). Leaving them outside on my porch would leave a box of 31 chicks dead though. Office is rude, and post master clearly lies, as they said my last order was dead upon arrival, but they also said they had not seen the box of chicks. Very top notch management and employees here.
